Rancho Verde is a perfect 3-0 against JW North since February of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Mustangs will take on the Huskies at 5:15 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Rancho Verde is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Fontana just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the Steelers.

Meanwhile, JW North also suffered a loss in their last game, falling to Arlington by a score of 3-1. The Huskies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Arlington scored at least 20 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 17-25, 25-23, 25-21.

Rancho Verde's loss dropped their record down to 20-13. As for JW North, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-22.

Everything went Rancho Verde's way against JW North in their previous meeting on April 3rd, as Rancho Verde made off with a 3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Mustangs since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
