League recap: Auburndale rises, Northland Lutheran/Wisconsin Valley Lutheran falls in league standings

Auburndale made the biggest jump in the standings this week, moving from eigth to sixth place in the league thanks to a 1-2 record over the past seven days. Meanwhile, Northland Lutheran/Wisconsin Valley Lutheran fell hardest in the standings, dropping from sixth all the way to eigth place after going 0-2 in the past week. Marathon (18-4, 13-1) is the No. 1 team in Marawood - South.

Newman is now in the midst of a 10-game losing streak. The Fighting Cardinals lost another two games last week, including a 6-5 defeat against Almond-Bancroft.
