Basketball Recap: Rutland Takes a Loss

Rutland lost against St. Johnsbury Academy back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Rutland Raiders fell 59-48 to the St. Johnsbury Academy Hilltoppers. The loss was the Raiders' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Rutland fell to 2-1. As for St. Johnsbury Academy, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Rutland will finish 2024 at home by hosting Essex at 6:30 p.m. on December 30th. St. Johnsbury Academy will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against Burlington at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday.
