Baseball Recap: Tappan Zee Comes Up Short

Tappan Zee managed to slip by Clarkstown South the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Dutchmen came up short against the Vikings on Wednesday, falling 7-1. The contest marked the Dutchmen's lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Tappan Zee now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Clarkstown South, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-2.

Coming up, Tappan Zee will head out to take on Suffern at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Clarkstown South, they will welcome Nyack at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday.
