Franklin is 8-2 against Stevenson since August of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Patriots will head out to face off against the Spartans at 7:00 p.m. Franklin will be strutting in after a win while Stevenson will be coming in after a defeat.

Franklin is headed into the contest after thoroughly thrashing Wayne Memorial: they outscored them in every quarter. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Patriots blew the Zebras out of the water with a 42-13 final score. The game marked the Patriots' most dominant victory of the season.

Daylen Neal went supernova, rushing for 143 yards and one touchdown on only 11 carries, while also catching one TD. Those 143 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Stevenson's offense. They had to suffer through a 35-0 loss at the hands of Fordson. The Spartans haven't had much luck with the Tractors recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Franklin's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Stevenson, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.

Franklin barely slipped by Stevenson in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, winning 28-27. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Patriots since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
