Volleyball Recap: Carlsbad Cavemen/Cavegirls vs. Hobbs Eagles
Carlsbad was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the Hobbs Eagles. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cavemen/Cavegirls of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in November of 2023.
The final score came out to 25-13, 16-25, 25-12, 25-22.
Carlsbad's loss dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Hobbs, they now have a winning record of 10-9.
Carlsbad will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Clovis at 6:00 p.m. As for Hobbs, they will face off against Roswell at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
