Soccer Recap: Genoa Area Takes a Loss

Genoa Area's game on Thursday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell 3-1 to the Lake Flyers. The loss continues a trend for Genoa Area in their meetings with Lake: they've now lost five in a row.

Genoa Area's defeat dropped their record down to 6-10-1. As for Lake, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-5-1 record this season.

As of now, neither Genoa Area nor Lake have any future games scheduled.
