Basketball Game Preview: Young Men's Leadership Academy vs. Stockdale Brahmas

Young Men's Leadership Academy took a loss when they played away from home on Saturday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 79-24 win over Long Creek. Young Men's Leadership Academy's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

It was another big night for Aiden Olivarez, who went 13 for 18 on his way to 28 points and five steals. The matchup was his 17th in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Anthony Amires, who went 5 of 9 on his way to 10 points in addition to seven rebounds and three steals.

Meanwhile, Stockdale was beaten by Marion 85-33 on Tuesday. The Brahmas have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Young Men's Leadership Academy now has a winning record of 9-8. As for Stockdale, their loss dropped their record down to 6-6.
