Groton-Dunstable had won four straight games and Ella Barske did her part to make it five on Thursday. Everything went the Crusaders' way against the Leominster Blue Devils as they made off with a 3-0 victory thanks in part to Barske, who had seven digs and two aces. She is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 13 or more in each of the last 13 games she's played.

The final score came out to 25-13, 25-20, 25-8.

Groton-Dunstable's win bumped their record up to 10-4. As for Leominster, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Groton-Dunstable will head out to challenge Blackstone-Millville at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Leominster, they will square off against Hudson at 5:15 p.m. on Friday.
