First Flight came tearing into Thursday's matchup with five straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Hertford County Bears. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

First Flight not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Hertford County between 17 and 20 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-17, 25-20.

Joslyn Felts paced First Flight's offense, picking up 11 kills. Felts got some help from Savannah Schnader and her 25 assists. Felts was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

First Flight's victory bumped their record up to 14-10. As for Hertford County, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-11.
