Volleyball Recap: Ider Takes a Loss

If Ider was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Valley Head last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Hornets took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Fyffe Red Devils on Tuesday. The Hornets haven't had much luck with the Red Devils recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Ider's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Fyffe, they have been performing well recently as they've won 19 of their last 23 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-7 record this season.

Ider will head out on the road to square off against Oakwood Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Fyffe, they will take on Pleasant Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
