Soccer Recap: Miami East Comes Up Short on the Road Against Botkins

Miami East kicked off their season on the road on Saturday and hit a couple of potholes. They came up short against the Botkins Trojans, falling 7-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Miami East of the 4-2 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2024.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Miami East will look to takes advantage of their home pitch for the first time this season as they takes on Northwestern at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Botkins, they will challenge Bluffton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
