Softball Recap: ITW David Speer Academy Pride vs. Trinity Blazers
ITW David Speer Academy won against Northside last Tuesday with 15 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Friday. ITW David Speer Academy beat the Trinity Blazers by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 15-10. For the Pride, this counts as revenge for the 13-2 win the Blazers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2022.
Brianna Robles was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She struck out six batters over three innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off two hits (and only one walk). Robles was even better at the plate, going 3-for-4 with one home run, five RBI, and three runs.
