Josiah Heck put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in April on Thursday. He struck out three batters over 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and only one walk). He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in five consecutive appearances.
