Friends Academy had won five straight games and Eyan Valadez did his part to make it six on Tuesday. The Friends Academy Quakers were the clear victor by an 84-62 margin over the Island Trees Bulldogs thanks to Valadez, who dropped a double-double with 28 points and ten rebounds. His evening made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least 19 points.

Another player making a difference was Kai Jordan, who posted 15 points and five boards. That's the most rebounds he has posted since back in December of 2024.

Friends Academy's victory bumped their record up to 14-5. As for Island Trees, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.

As of now, neither Friends Academy nor Island Trees have any future games scheduled.
