Soccer Recap: Asheville Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Asheville Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Christ School Greenies. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Christ School this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 6-0 last Friday.

Asheville Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 4-6-1. As for Christ School, the win was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-1.

Looking ahead, Asheville Christian Academy will host Rabun Gap-Nacoochee at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Christ School, they are taking a road trip to take on Carmel Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Carmel Christian's last five matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
