Basketball Recap: Rockford East Gets the Win

Rockford East won the last time they faced Glenbard North, and Brian Harper did his part to make sure it happened again. The Rockford East E-Rabs snuck past the Glenbard North Panthers with a 67-63 win on Saturday thanks in part to Harper, who went 8 of 12 on his way to 24 points and three steals. Those 24 points gave him a new career-high.

Rockford East's record now sits at 11-9. As for Glenbard North, their loss dropped their record down to 10-8.

Rockford East has already played their next game, a 65-60 defeat against Normal Community on the 20th. As for Glenbard North, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 61-55 loss against Metea Valley on the 20th.
