Volleyball Recap: Chelsea Gets the Win

Chelsea won the last time they faced Jackson, and things went their way on Saturday too. The Chelsea Bulldogs skirted past the Jackson Vikings 2-1.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Chelsea got the one that really mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 20-25, 25-15.

Maggie Mckale paced Chelsea's offense, picking up 13 kills. Mckale got some help from Lexi Cummer and her 34 assists. Mia Kuboushek controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Chelsea has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 31-13-5 record this season. As for Jackson, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-20.
