Basketball Recap: Arcadia Has No Trouble Against Bangor

On Monday, the Arcadia Raiders made easy work of the Bangor Cardinals and carried off a 67-46 victory. Given the Raiders' advantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 181st, while the Cardinals are ranked 371st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Arcadia pushed their record up to 10-8 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.0 points per game. As for Bangor, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-11.

When Arcadia and Bangor next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Arcadia will challenge Luther and their five-game winning streak at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Bangor will try to stop Hillsboro's three-game winning streak when the meet at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
