Softball Recap: Cabrillo Takes a Loss

Saturday just wasn't the day for Cabrillo's offense. They came up short against the Kaiser Cats on Saturday, falling 11-0.

Cabrillo has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-3 record this season. As for Kaiser, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-8.

Coming up, Cabrillo will face off against Flintridge Prep at 12:15 p.m. on Saturday. The Wolves have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 6.57 runs per game on average), something the Conquistadores will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Kaiser, they will take on Carter at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
