Everett has gone 9-1 against McConnellsburg recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Warriors will host the Spartans at 4:30 p.m.

On Monday, Everett didn't have quite enough to beat Fannett Metal and fell 4-3.

Meanwhile, McConnellsburg waltzed into their match on Wednesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They never let the Indians get on the board and left with a 1-0 win. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Spartans have posted since March 31st.

McConnellsburg's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-10. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.0 runs over those games. As for Everett, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-4.

Everett was able to grind out a solid win over McConnellsburg when the teams last played back in April, winning 15-11. Do the Warriors have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Spartans turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
