Soccer Game Preview: Warren vs. Banning

The Warren Bears will face off against the Banning Broncos at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Warren is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last seven games.

Warren is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They had just enough and edged Fountain Valley out 4-3. Four seems to be a good number for the Bears as the squad scooped up a victory with the same number of goals in their previous game.

Meanwhile, Banning kept a clean sheet against Chino on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Cowboys, sneaking past 1-0. The Broncos' winning goal came courtesy of Christopher Ibarra.

Banning pushed their record up to 18-5 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three contests. As for Warren, their victory bumped their record up to 12-6.
