Football Game Preview: South Hardin Tigers vs. Camanche Indians

The South Hardin Tigers will challenge the Camanche Indians at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The timing is sure in South Hardin's favor as the team sits on five straight wins at home (dating back to last season) while Camanche has been banged up by four consecutive losses on the road.

It was a proper cat-fight when South Hardin faced off against Central Springs on Friday. The Tigers blew past the Panthers 35-6. The Tigers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven contests by 21 points or more this season.

A big part of South Hardin's win came down to the chemistry between Peyton Welch and his top target Casey Williamson. Welch threw for 304 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 10.9 yards per attempt while Williamson picked up 123 receiving yards and a pair of TDs. Those 123 receiving yards gave Williamson a new career-high.

Meanwhile, Camanche was beaten by Cascade 48-21 on Friday.

Camanche's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for South Hardin, their record is now 7-1.
