While Collins-Maxwell didn't have the best season last year (they finished 8-14), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They took their matchup on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 63-7 victory over Valley Lutheran. Collins-Maxwell has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four games by 23 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Twin Cedars had to endure a nine-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. They blew past Diagonal 63-24 back in December of 2024. The Sabers' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Collins-Maxwell's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-1. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.0 points per game. As for Twin Cedars, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.
