Baseball Recap: True Gospel Christian Takes a Loss

True Gospel Christian scored the most runs they've had this season on Tuesday, but it wasn't enough. They came up short against the Fayetteville Street Christian Patriots, falling 18-3. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Patriots this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 20-0 back in March.

True Gospel Christian's loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Fayetteville Street Christian, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-4 record.

Looking ahead, True Gospel Christian will face off against Woodland Baptist Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Fayetteville Street Christian, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Oak Level Baptist Academy at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
