Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Fort Defiance). Everything went their way against the Waynesboro Little Giants on Tuesday as they made off with a 21-4 win. The victory was familiar territory for the Indians, who have now won three matchups in a row.

Fort Defiance's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-4. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.3 runs over those games. As for Waynesboro, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Fort Defiance will challenge rival Riverheads at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Waynesboro is set to face off against their familiar foe Stuarts Draft at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
