Volleyball Recap: Lowell Gets the Win

Lowell won the last time they faced North Andover and things went their way on Friday too. The Red Raiders walked away with a 3-1 win over the Scarlet Knights.

Lowell had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 18-25, 25-16, 25-17, 25-23.

Lowell's victory bumped their record up to 14-2. As for North Andover, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-9.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Lowell will face off against rival Methuen at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, North Andover is set to square off against their familiar foe Chelmsford at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
