While McKee Vo-Tech put up plenty of runs on Thursday, the same can't be said for Lafayette. The Seagulls were the clear victors by an 11-0 margin over the Patriots. The result was nothing new for the Seagulls, who have now won six matches by ten runs or more so far this season.

The win (which was McKee Vo-Tech's third in a row) raised their record to 7-1. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for Lafayette, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5.

McKee Vo-Tech and Lafayette will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time the Seagulls see the field they'll take on South Shore at 4:00 p.m. on the 22nd. As for Lafayette, their break will end when they face Uncommon at 4:00 p.m. on the 21st.
