Basketball Recap: Columbia Central Comes Up Short

Columbia Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. The game between them and the Summit Spartans didn't end well, with the Columbia Central Lions falling 59-43. The Lions were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Spartans earlier this season, when they won 61-42.

Columbia Central's loss dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Summit, their win bumped their record up to 8-5.

Columbia Central will take on Blackman at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Summit, they will square off against Ravenwood at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
