Softball Recap: Grand Oaks Comes Up Short

Grand Oaks suffered their closest loss since March 26, 2024 on Saturday. They fell just short of the Hargrave Falcons by a score of 3-1. The match marked the Grizzlies' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Grand Oaks and nudges their season record down to 11-2. As for Hargrave, their victory bumped their record up to 9-4.

Coincidentally, Grand Oaks and Hargrave will both be playing Santa Fe the next time they take the field. Grand Oaks will head out to face Santa Fe at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, while Hargrave will play them later in the day, at 1:00 p.m.
