Softball Recap: Osbourn Park Comes Up Short

After soaring to 15 runs the game before, Osbourn Park was a bit more limited in their matchup on Friday. They took a 5-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Battlefield Bobcats. The contest marked the Yellowjackets' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Gauri Saigal was cooking despite her team's loss, going 1-for-2 with one home run. The team also got some help courtesy of Jenna Wilson, who scored a run while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances.

Osbourn Park's loss dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Battlefield, the win got them back to even at 2-2.
