Baseball Recap: Williamsville South Takes a Loss

Williamsville South was the 5-0 winner over Starpoint when they last played one another last Thursday, but their luck changed this time around. The Billies came up short against the Spartans on Friday, falling 16-5. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Billies have suffered since May 8, 2024.

Williamsville South's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Starpoint, the victory also got them back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Williamsville South will welcome Williamsville North at 4:45 p.m. on Thursday. As for Starpoint, they will venture away from home to challenge Amherst Central at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
