Soccer Recap: Barbourville Comes Up Short

Barbourville lost against Whitley County back in August, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Tigers came up short against the Colonels, falling 8-0.

Barbourville's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Whitley County, the win was their first at home , bumping their record up to 8-4-1.

Coincidentally, Barbourville and Whitley County will both be playing Middlesboro the next time they take the pitch. The Colonels will host the Yellowjackets at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, while the Tigers will head out to face them at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
