Softball Recap: Syracuse Comes Up Short

Syracuse lost against Davis back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Titans fell just short of the Darts by a score of 11-10. The Titans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Grace Thomas was cooking despite her team's loss, firing off two home runs, eight RBI, and four runs while going 4-for-4. Another player making a difference was Olivia Harker, who scored three runs while going 2-for-3.

Syracuse's loss dropped their record down to 8-5. As for Davis, the win got them back to even at 6-6.

Syracuse didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, an 18-12 victory against Layton on the 10th. As for Davis, they have also already played their next game, an 11-2 win against Fremont on the 10th.
