It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Michigan Center had no problem doing just that on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Romulus Eagles 50-14. The result was nothing new for the Cardinals, who have now won seven matchups by 32 points or more so far this season.

Michigan Center's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Hadyn Hinkle, who threw for 150 yards and five TDs, and also rushed for 71 yards and one score. The Cardinals also got a significant boost from Braylon Brown, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 151 yards.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Michigan Center was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 322 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.

Michigan Center's record is now 8-1. As for Romulus, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 4-6.

Michigan Center didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 35-18 victory against Gabriel Richard on the 7th. Romulus does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
