Basketball Recap: Valley Comes Up Short

Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 58-45 to the Waukee Warriors. The Tigers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Warriors earlier this season, when they won 60-45.

Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Waukee, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-11.

Looking ahead, Valley will be playing at home against Johnston at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Waukee, they have already played their next contest, a 58-45 victory against Valley on the 7th.
