Eastern Christian HomeSchool won the last time they faced Columbia and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Eastern Christian HomeSchool Trailblazers blew past the Columbia Wildcats 57-35. The Trailblazers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matchups by 22 points or more this season.

Columbia's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jayden Sawyer, who almost dropped a double-double on 13 points and nine boards. That was a full 37.1% of Columbia's points, marking the fourth time in a row he's posted more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Maurcus Holloway, who earned five points and ten rebounds.

Eastern Christian HomeSchool pushed their record up to 10-4 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 27.3 points. As for Columbia, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Eastern Christian HomeSchool will welcome Washington Montessori at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Columbia, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Columbia Wildcats challenge the New Life Academy Bobcats at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
