Basketball Recap: Belle Fourche Takes a Loss

Belle Fourche lost against Douglas back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Belle Fourche Broncs fell 50-40 to the Douglas Patriots. The Broncs just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

Belle Fourche's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Douglas, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

Belle Fourche will head out to take on Lead-Deadwood at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Lead-Deadwood knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three games -- so hopefully Belle Fourche likes a good challenge. As for Douglas, they will host Harrisburg at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Harrisburg will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Douglas surely won't give up without a fight.
