Cordavian Adams was the offensive standout of the contest as he rushed for 43 yards and a touchdown, and also picked up 58 receiving yards.
Meanwhile, Houston Math Science & Tech fell victim to Lamar's stalwart defense on Saturday and couldn't make it onto the board. They had to suffer through a rough 72-0 loss at the hands of the Texans. Having soared to a lofty 53 points in the game before, Houston Math Science & Tech couldn't push the score so high this time.
Bellaire's win on Thursday bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Houston Math Science & Tech, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their overall record down to 2-5.
