The Independence Bulldogs were able to grind out a solid victory over the Columbus Titans on Saturday, taking the game 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bulldogs.

Independence easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-19.

Independence's win bumped their record up to 11-8-1. As for Columbus, their loss dropped their record down to 3-17-1.

Independence wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against St. Mary's-Colgan on the 27th. As for Columbus, they have also already played their next contest, a 0-0 tie against Uniontown on the 27th.
