After a string of three wins, River Valley's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the Twelve Bridges Raging Rhinos. The Falcons were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Raging Rhinos earlier this season, when they won 3-0.

Valeria Correa paced River Valley's offense, picking up six kills. Correa got some help from Alexa Campos and her 15 assists. Campos was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

River Valley's loss dropped their record down to 10-12. As for Twelve Bridges, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-12.

River Valley wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-2 defeat against Placer on the 30th. Twelve Bridges has also already played their next contest (against Woodland), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
