Winneconne had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They skirted past the Howards Grove Tigers 3-2. The victory was familiar territory for the Wolves, who have now won six matchups in a row.

Winneconne was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 20-25, 25-19, 24-26, 25-17, 15-13.

Winneconne found their leader in sophomore Hallah Josephson, who had 26 digs and three assists. Josephson is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 15 or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Winneconne's win bumped their record up to 23-7. As for Howards Grove, their loss dropped their record down to 22-13.

Coming up, Winneconne will venture away from home to square off against Xavier at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Howards Grove does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
