Basketball Recap: Fort Defiance Comes Up Short

Fort Defiance was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Wilson Memorial Green Hornets, falling 82-62. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Friday (55), the Indians still had to take the loss.

Fort Defiance's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Wilson Memorial, their win was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fort Defiance will take on Waynesboro at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Wilson Memorial, they will square off against Stuarts Draft at 7:45 p.m. on Friday.
