Meanwhile, Vance Charter came tearing into Wednesday's game with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 28.3 points) and they left with even more momentum. They snuck past the Patriots with a 66-62 win.

Vance Charter's victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-5. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.8 points per game. As for Excelsior Classical Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-9.
