Baseball Recap: Altus Comes Up Short

Altus was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Clinton Red Tornadoes, falling 15-7. The Bulldogs were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Red Tornadoes earlier this season, when they won 16-8.

Altus' defeat dropped their record down to 13-17-1. As for Clinton, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 9-22.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Red Tornadoes beat Altus by a score of 14-7 later that day.
