Basketball Game Preview: Cudahy Packers vs. Whitnall Falcons

Cudahy is 0-10 against Whitnall since December of 2019 but things could change on Tuesday. The Cudahy Packers will face off against the Whitnall Falcons at 7:00 p.m.

Cudahy is headed into Tuesday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their 12th straight game on Thursday. They were beaten by New Berlin Eisenhower 92-51. While losing is never fun, the Packers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 453rd, while the Lions are ranked 185th).

Meanwhile, Whitnall got the win against South Milwaukee on Friday by a conclusive 90-66.

Whitnall is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.3 points over those games. As for Cudahy, their loss dropped their record down to 1-19.

Cudahy was dealt a bruising 99-29 defeat at the hands of Whitnall when the teams last played back in December of 2024. Can Cudahy avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
