Volleyball Recap: Goshen HomeSchool Gets the Win

Goshen HomeSchool had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They came out on top against the Legacy Christian Grizzlies by a score of 2-0 on Saturday. The win continues a trend for the Blue Blazers in their matchups with the Grizzlies: they've now won three in a row.

Hannah Ostrom was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had 15 assists and three aces. She has been hot, having posted 15 or more assists the last five times she's played.

Goshen HomeSchool couldn't miss and finished the game having scored on 63.2% of their attack attempts. The last time their hitting percentage was this high was back in August of 2024.

Coincidentally, Goshen HomeSchool and Legacy Christian will both be playing Varsity Opponent the next time they take the court. The Blue Blazers will head out to face Varsity Opponent at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Grizzlies will play them later in the day, at 12:00 p.m.
