Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Charlotte Gordon stepped things up a notch to give Salina Central the 'W'. Gordon scored four runs and stole a base while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances, which was good enough to set a new career-high in runs.

Gordon's strong effort led Salina Central over Newton and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
