Bloomingdale had won seven straight home games dating back to last season and Alexa (Lexi) Serniotti did her part to make it eight on Thursday. Bloomingdale breezed past the Riverview Sharks to the tune of 47-0 with plenty of help from Serniotti, who rushed for 78 yards and two touchdowns on only ten carries, and also threw for 220 yards and three TDs while completing 72% of her passes. Those 220 passing yards gave her a new career-high.

Bloomingdale didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Aydan Walker.

Bloomingdale's victory bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Riverview, their loss dropped their record down to 2-9.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bloomingdale will face off against Durant at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Riverview, they will head out to square off against East Lake at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
