Volleyball Game Preview: Warren Warriors vs. Huntington Red Devils

Warren hasn't had much luck against Huntington recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Warriors will host the Red Devils at 6:30 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

On Tuesday, Warren didn't have quite enough to beat Woodville and fell 3-2.

Warren wouldn't go down easily and took Woodville into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking four-point loss. The final score came out to 22-25, 25-14, 25-21, 20-25, 15-11.

Meanwhile, Huntington didn't have quite enough to beat Diboll on Tuesday and fell 3-2.

While Huntington ultimately came up short, they really made Diboll work, particularly in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 26-24, 19-25, 19-25, 15-8.

Warren's defeat dropped their record down to 25-13. As for Huntington, their loss dropped their record down to 25-17.
